Beyul Travel and Treks is a registered company under the laws of Nepal. We accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions:
We accept payments by the Western Union, Bank Transfer (bank detail below) as well as VISA and master credit card or cash.
30% advance payment is required to make a booking.

All remaining payments need to be paid four weeks prior to the departure date. Under credit card payment, 5% service fee is applicable.
No refund will be made for the 30% of the advance payment under the cancellation of trip for any reason. Under full payment, you are entitled to the refund in case you want to cancel your tour. However, written notification of the cancellation should be made 48 hours before the departure.
In case we have to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, the payment would be refunded under your preference.
No refund would be made for dropping out of the tour regardless of the amount of unused payment in the tour itinerary.
We reserve the right to revise rates posted on the website or social media under any circumstances that are out of our control, such as the change in climate condition or the condition of roads/trails. Prior notice is requested regarding changes in the booked trips should be made with us.
A registered guide representing Beyul Treks would be offered throughout the trip. If a client deviates from the advice of our guide or commits any unlawful act, our company reserves the right to ask the client to leave the tour with immediate effect. No refund will be made in such a case.
We strongly advise purchasing a comprehensive travel/medical insurance package that covers natural calamities, evacuation or trip cancellation.
All participants must have valid passports with at least 6 months validity from return date. We will take care of the permits required along the trip.
Under unfavorable weather conditions, the flight could be delayed or canceled especially in Himalayan regions. You should be covering your accommodation and food in such case, prior to or after completion of the tour.
Complaints and Issues
Any complaints regarding problems regarding the tour should be made to the tour guide or the company at earliest. We will be taking appropriate action to resolve all legitimate issues.
